Vanitas In Our Time

Bronze works by Swedish artist Anna R Kinman
At the heart of everything I create - from floral compositions to objects, interiors, and sculpture - lies a devotion to living authentically and continuously bringing my creative vision to life.
Over the years, I have worked with gifted artists and masterful craftsmen - not to change the course of my world, but to let their voices speak within the atmosphere I’ve shaped. This summer, I am pleased to present bronze works by Swedish artist Anna R Kinman.
I have known Anna for years. Her work has been shown at Gunillaberg, and her expression moves naturally within the spaces I create. Her exhibition, Vanitas in Our Time, draws from the rich tradition of 17th-century still life painting and the refined restraint of Japanese ikebana.
Her sculptures reflect on impermanence - life and death held gently side by side - echoing the poetry of fading flowers and the fragile beauty of time passing.
These bronze compositions do not stand apart, but settle into the house as if they have always belonged - an extension of the ongoing conversation between art, nature, and craftsmanship.
