Tage Andersen's "From Advent to Twelfth Night" is about the time of year when Tage Andersen prepares for the Christmas celebrations.
The feeling of anticipation, I find, has become a rarity. However, I look forward every morning to what the day ahead will bring. I look forward to the next season – to the next new thing.
In truth, I dislike Christmas decorations merely for the sake of decoration. But I try, in my own way, to incorporate them into my daily life so that they don’t become superfluous frippery but rather a part of our spiritual nourishment – and a source of joy for the observer.
