Prices & Fees

All prices listed in our online shop exclude shipping costs. A shipping and handling fee is added to all orders after purchase. This fee covers postage, packaging, and careful handling. The exact amount is calculated individually for each order, and you will receive an updated confirmation once your order has been processed.

Pricing examples

DK - Large Foldevase: 150 kr / Small Foldevase 100 kr / Large & Small 200 kr
EU - Large Foldevase: 40 EUR / Small Foldevase 27 EUR / Large & Small 40 EUR

Delivery Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment details directly from the carrier.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and usually take between 2–4 business days after dispatch.

If your purchase is intended as a gift, we kindly ask you to place your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only to countries within the EU.

If you need to return a product

Cancellation

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

If you have ordered a large Foldevase, we kindly ask you to send the vase and the heavy base separately, as the base may cause significant damage to the vase during transit.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it to us within 14 days. Once we have received the returned item, you are welcome to place a new order via our webshop.

If possible, we always recommend visiting our shop in person with the item, where we will be happy to assist you directly.

Damaged items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at shop@tageandersen.com as soon as possible. We will arrange to send you a replacement item and will provide a return shipping label so you can return the faulty item to us at no cost.
