1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed online at our webshop. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Payment will be charged when your order is confirmed.

3. Shipping & Handling

A shipping and handling fee is added to all purchases after we have received your order. This fee covers postage, packaging, and careful handling, and is calculated individually for each order.
You will receive an updated order confirmation including the final shipping and handling fee once your order has been processed.
Delivery times vary depending on destination. We will always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

4. Handmade & Unique Products

All our products are handmade and created with care. Please note that handmade and patinated items are individually treated, meaning variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur. These differences are not flaws but part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@tage-andersen.com.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or specially customised products.

6. Returns and Complaints

If you wish to return an item, it must be sent back in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
In accordance with Danish law, you have a two-year warranty period for complaints regarding defects or faults. Please contact us if you believe your product is defective.

7. Personal Data

We handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). Your information will only be used to process your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the courts of Denmark, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
